I had the French onion soup and half a Caesar chicken salad. I expected baked soup with the cheese melted over the top & it just had croutons & shredded cheese in it - but the soup was absolutely delicious with plenty of onions in it. The Caesar was the tastiest I've ever had but they forgot my chicken, which they quickly remedied with a little cup of their yummy, marinated chucked chunks.

Offers everything from bagels, breakfast items, desserts, fancy coffee selections, lunch & dinner soups, salads, & sandwiches/paninis. They offer seasonal salads that include fresh fruit. You can take out, sit with your laptop and stay awhile, or conduct a business meeting here. Very casual and comfortable atmosphere. Great for groups or just one. Especially busy at lunchtime.

I would love to point out the excellent service Mark gave us tonight. I'm not sure if he was the manager or just a worker but his attitude and service is exactly what my family needed tonight. My little niece was sick so I tried to make her drink hot tea. She didn't like it so I went back to get her something else to drink. Mark gave her a free orange juice b/c he could see she wasn't feeling well. It's that extra concern and service that gets noticed by customers. Thank you Mark for your efficient yet caring service!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have eaten Panera to avoid fast food and to have something healthy while traveling for years. Unfortunately this Panera is the SLOWEST Panera I have EVER been to. Unfortunately, we recently moved to Burlington, so we are stuck with it! Please avoid this Panera unless you want to wait well over 20 minutes past ordering, past your rapid-pick up time, and/or past your delivery time (yes - I've tried all 3 to see if it was just a bad day). Only positive is the young staff is very nice.

I tried submitting this to customer service so Mark would be noticed by the company but i couldn't find the link to do so.*

Easy to see from road and only a minute off of 85. Big location with a good amount of seating inside and outside. Only 4 stars because of my order being incomplete, and the response I got. They missed the bacon, then gave me cool bacon, and my avocado looked like they just scooped it out and plopped it on my sandwich.
