Did not vacuum the back of my car I have 3rd row seating and he said my bad I always miss that and my windows were so bad streaked and left brake dust on my rims ... they have done a decent job in the past so I don't know what happen to them but for $30.00 dollars want be back for a suck job !!!! And will share with all hope this help's save someone else there money ..
Never been to an Autobell in the past but I was taken care of very well. The manager and other staff members were friendly and helpful. My car was incredibly dirty when I brought it in and the Manager's Special was the way to go, they did a great job bringing it back to life. Will definitely be back in the future.
Stopped in on August 1, 2017 a little after 6:30pm, and purchased the Full Service Package which was anything but Full Service or cheap! $30 and 10 minutes later, I get my car back with lint on the dash, sticky steering wheel, dirt in the area around the stereo,swirl marks on the plastic, and my hood dull as can be with marks on it. Obvious "wax" is not included in a FULL SERVICE $30 wash. Apparently, vacuuming is only in the big areas too because I had to stop at a do it yourself car wash and pay to vacuum out my car myself! This place does far sub par work, and overcharges to leave your car looking like you just ran a quick clothe over it and ran it through a hose. Seriously -HORRIBLE!!!!
Overpriced and terrible work! The attendant said they were better and faster than the carwash in Mebane, not so. Never again will I come back to this place, awful!!!
We stopped by today to have my truck washed, paid $23 and when it was supposed to be finished it still had mud on one of the tires, when we pointed it out to the young man he asked "do you want me to get that off?" We asked him if he would want it on his car and he said "no" and we said we don't either. He got some of it off but still left mud on it, the dash was dusty, we won't be back!
