At that point he proceeds to tell me and my husband we could change all of our services to get the upgrade. When we weren't interested he said we could go home and pray about it. I am a Christian and I pray a lot and I don't appreciate this young man telling me in a very condescending way to go home and pray about something so trivial as a phone. First, I would like to have the TRUTH about my options and second my contract runs out soon and I will look for a new carrier which I relayed to the young man at the store. AT&T customer service failed once more for me.

This store location employees some really nice people in a pleasant atmosphere, you can tell that they care about customer service. I will definitely be transferring all of my personal and business needs here after talking to Adam Stultz about everything the store has to offer.

My husband and I wanted to see about upgrading our phones. I was told by an AT&T rep when I called customer service that I could get an early upgrade but would need to do it at the AT&T store. The young man at the store told us we were still under contract, which is fine, and I could get an early upgrade on 9/5/15 using the NEXT plan. This was fine but I had previously chatted online with an AT&T rep on 8/27 who told me I could not upgrade till 2016; this morning 8/28 I talked to a rep on the phone who said I could upgrade at the store; this morning again at the store the young man said I could not upgrade till 9/5.

Trying to get a modem and ATT rep tells me I can buy one at a store. Searched for stores, have to order online, can't pick up at store..Store states it's open, I called 3 stores, all closed, robot guy keeps telling me.

Called ATT services (a few numbers), got nowhere. Tried to speak to the chat box, box doesn't work. Unbelievably, after having to shut that down, a survey pops up. Guess what, doesn't work...

The gentlemen at this store are awesome, I am particularly fond of Adam Stultz. He is very patient and kind, willing to help with anything you may need and make sure that you are satisfied. I have dealt with other store locations were the sales people are ready to run off to catch a sale instead of helping. I highly recommend this store!

He can help you with your cell phone service, direct tv and even home WiFi. It’s nice to know I can take care of everything at once and have support if any problems come up.

Loved the service! All employees are very friendly. I do honestly have a favorite employee though, Adam Stultz! He is very kind, he made sure we as customers were 100% satisfied, he was super helpful! I recommend him if you go visit this store.
