So disappointed about this place! Arrived for my son's bday party and the room smelt awful, there was some liquid stuff on the floor ( wasn't mopped up) and what was listed as included in the package never happened for my son. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the headache. I highly recommend bumper jumpers in greensboro! A little more expensive but definitely worth it.
All day bounce is only $7, good prices. I bring my daughter often. I even had a birthday party for her there.
The ABSOLUTE worse place to have your child’s party. Was told we could arrive 15 minutes early. Got there 10 minutes early, room wasn’t ready because the other party was still occupying the room. Five minutes after the party was to start the room was still not clean. Asked them to mop the floor, which they did, 10 minutes later and left mop water standing all over the floor. Asked them to dry it but they refused! Spoke to the manager who did nothing but offer excuses for his HORRIBLE teeny bopper staff. His employees are a true reflection of him and his customer service. He gave us our money back so he wouldn’t have to deal with our complaints about his disrespectful staff and the total lack of customer service. Took my $200 to Country Club Lanes who accommodated my guests and my child for her birthday last minute and showed us excellent customer service. But not before my little girl left in tears because this company ruined her birthday party!! I wouldn’t recommend this place ever! Half the games don’t work and eat your tokens and the staff roll their eyes at you when you ask them to rectify it. Please spare yourself the trouble!!!!
This review is for the bouncin around snack shack. this place was the absolute wort place to eat ever. We order 4 slices of Pizza, a burger, fries and drinks. we were given the pizzas first. the pizza had no taste whats soever. even tried adding crushed red peppers and still the pizza had no taste, very bad. after waiting for a while they gave us the drinks which was 2 of the three we had ordered. i told them we ordered 3 so they corrected that. several minutes later they gave us the burger. the burger was ok but still not too good. then several minutes later they finally gave us the fries. the fries were burnt and were black. the cook stayed on his cell phone 70% of the time while we were there. the place was not busy. there was only one other customer there. there is no excuse for this very bad way of running a business. I don't see how the snack shack stays in business or makes any money. I guess it don't matter since bouncin around part of the business makes more than enough to compensate. I would very highly recommend that you stay away from snack shack.
We go here a lot! They let parents play with their kids on the equipment and are always very friendly. Great place!
