The delivery of my furniture was set for Saturday July 29th. All of my furniture was delivered- washer/dryer, refrigerator, bedroom set and "living room furniture." While setting up my furniture the delivery driver, I and my company noticed that the loveseat was not assembled correctly. With this being said the loveseat had to be taken back to the warehouse. Fast forward to Monday July 31. Conn's called me and stated they were "10" mins away from my house with no prior warning. I called back to say I was on the way. I was then informed that I only was allowed a 15 min grace period which had already started. I frantically rushed home only to see that the delivery drivers had left. I was in contact with Conn's during my commute back home, It only took me 15 mins to get there. Conn's refused to give me an extra 5 mins. When in actuality it was their fault that they had to redeliver my furniture. Had my love seat been inspected properly on July 29th it would not have been a need to redeliver it. Conn's forced me to set another delivery date. Due to Conn's unwillingly to provider good customer service I most likely will never shop there again. This is unfortunate because the sales member Mark, was amazing. He was able to get me everything I wanted. He provided great customer service. Great job Mark!! Poor job delivery drivers.
I bought a loveseat and couch and was told the price would be $187.67 a month and $2000 for both pieces now i receive a bill saying its $210 a month a and over $4000 a month. Do NOT do business here!!!! They truly are conns

Horrible upper management. States they will find resolution and drop the ball. Filed complaint and never heard back from management. Have now filed complaint with Corporate office. Do not BUY from them. No communication between store and delivery team or warehouse. Use of my account information without my consent.
