Recently, I went to National Pawn in Burlington, North Carolina, to inquire about the value of a piece of jewelry. Upon entering the door, I was greeted with smiles by three pawnbrokers who were extremely cordial. Immediately, one of the pawnbrokers, Laura, asked if she could help me with anything. I decided to look around briefly before I approached the counter. After observing the large amount of fine quality jewelry, I headed towards the counter. On my way, I couldn’t help but notice the array of different products for sale and how they were neatly organized. Laura saw me approaching and was at the counter when I got there. Her friendliness, nice personality, and eagerness to help, took away any concerns I had relating to fair jewelry appraisal and/or other transactions. She patiently took her time answering all of my questions as she explained the value of my products. I was highly impressed by her professionalism and the explanations of my product appraisals and values. Very seldom do I go to pawnshops. However, if there is ever a need to purchase or sell unwanted items; National Pawn in Burlington, NC will be my first choice to obtain quality customer care, a range of valuable products, fair appraisals and sales. Popped in to check out the store's selection of video games and was surprised to find that they have a great inventory, not just on video games. You can't beat $1 movies. This pawn shop puts all of the others in Burlington to shame. Good prices, large inventory, and a staff that is professional, outgoing, and appreciative of their customers.
