My two night stay was enhanced by the warm greeting from the front desk host, Marcia. Friendly, efficient, and she expressed the desire to make my stay all it could be. I will stay here again when working in Burlington. Marcia provides excellent customer service and I am grateful for her service.
Nice rooms with very functional air conditioning. Try to get a room away from the freeway. Coffee shop is not bad. Next to a hooters if that's your thing.
Excellent in almost all ways.We stayed three nights in December 2017. Rooms have been recently updated and are clean and comfortable. We choose Courtyard when possible b/c of good beds. Receptionist, Marsha, was wonderful and was able to find us a room on the quiet side after first assigning us to the side facing the interstate. (ask for a room AWAY from I-85). Maid service was good and they did the things we asked of them. No complimentary coffee. The Bistro has food almost all day but it's a little pricy. The Starbucks coffee you buy has no refills. (There's an IHOP and Cracker Barrel within a short drive). All was good until our vehicle was broken into and the cash in it was stolen. They have a sign up saying to lock and remove valuables but this is pretty standard. Folks with Marriott Courtyard were upset and treated us well. Marriott has NO insurance for this kind thing. I don't think this is a bad neighborhood but just be careful and don't leave ANYTHING in your vehicle.
Poor location... Put me in a room right beside the interstate. The room does not cancel out the noise from the highway. Not a comfortable stay at all. Friendly staff and rooms are ok.
We never go wrong with Courtyard, but this location is the best, starting with desk clerk Rashelle. Excellent staff, clean, and well-run. There are lots of options in the Greensboro/Burlington area, but this would be our number one choice.
