The staff is awesome very friendly. My husband and I decided to eat there with the kids, we have a 2 month old a 4 year old and a 6 year old. They were so sweet to them and the sandwiches were so good even my picky eater enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I love Firehouse Subs! My favorite sub shop, and it has a hundred sauces to choose from!
But today was a different story. When I arrived I was nicely welcomed. The lady came right up to take my order was pleasant and when I went to order my usual before she could speak a rude what I believe to be the manager stated we no longer have that, not giving her a second to speak. He interrupted her several times. I told her I was glad when he moved to the other end of the restaurant so he would quit interrupting her. After putting in my order I noticed there was only one person making subs while the manager and another guy stood around. The manager finally came over to help the one girl and he was chewing gum like a cow chewing cud while preparing my food. I was disgusted! When I picked up my order I told him please get rid of the gum is was gross being over other people's food this way. I walked away and I heard him say in the background "It's NOT my problem!" I kept going,
This is an awesome sub place but if I return and see him there I will take my business elsewhere. The two stars are for the manager not really on the store the rest of you keep up the great work!

I love Firehouse Subs and order a lot using the App. There is one lady that knows me and I forgot to ask for no onions one day and she remembered and put them on the side.
I reviewed this place a few months ago. But I had to add something. Service is good. Food delicious fresh and fast. Clean place. However one of the different things firehouse offers is a variety of hot sauce to add to your sandwich. Almost all bottles were basically empty. And I am talking about maybe 20 bottles of hot sauce. Not good. They should be clean and full and thrown away if empty. I would love this sub shop even more if they would fix their hot sauce bar.
