It does not seem Red Lobster likes to respond to bad reviews, only the good ones. No wonder when we went there to eat during peak dinner time, it was literally empty and we got seated right away.

I've never really loved Red Lobster, (except for those biscuits), but it was my 7 year old son's birthday choice so we said, sure, we'll give it another try...glad we did! Crabfest was in full swing and my family loves crab and crab legs. Food was delicious and service was great! Thanks Meredith!

Staff are friendly and attentive. The food is always great.

The staff here at the Burlington, NC location are very friendly and helpful! I ordered shrimp and lobster, they cooked everything to perfection. Also they kept my drink full (without having to ask). I will definitely be back, and I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal with an awesome atmosphere, and very helpful staff.

We went for endless shrimp and enjoyed the food. The wait staff here is always great. We have learned to go early especially on the weekends, there can be a hour wait during peak times

If I could, I would have not gave any stars. Went here for my daughters B'day 12-16-17. Needless to say the baby fried shrimp my kid's ordered, looked like they came from Captain D's. My husband ordered grilled chicken and the waitress told him she would be out in a little while with his rice, which when we were already leaving, he said I just remembered she never brought my rice. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and when I put in my mouth, I had to spit it out, it was rancent and smelled like gasoline. I have never smelled any seafood like that in my life. If someone would have ate it, I'm sure they would have ended up at the hospital. When the waitress came by I told her to take a smell of the shrimp, but she said she was stopped up. She took it to the woman manager on duty, and waitress came back and said manager said it didn't smell quite right. They gave me the option to pick out something else, which I am not a fried foods person, iI went ahead and got the crab balls with fries, they were awful. When the bill came, I was charged for my meal after I was told I wasn't. Manager on duty came out and said it was a mistake and would be taken off. She never mentioned anything about the gasoline shrimp, so I told her that I hoped they threw out the rancent shrimp for other peopl's sake. I asked her did she smell the shrimp and she commented also she was stopped up, after I was told by the waitress before, the manager had said it didn't smell quite right. I guess they just use the stoped up thing not to admit their food is old and spoiled--- SAD. I have not ate here in decades and won't be back. The only reason we went here is because Olive Garden, next door, was so crowded. It literally look's like a cafeteria.
