what a great park ! Family friendly , filled with history and character. Play grounds , 18 hole Frisbee gold course. Picnic areas to enjoy outdoor cooking with family and friends. Oh - plus- horse and hiking trails , miles of them ! Plenty of parking , farm animals for the kids to see, clean rest rooms and clean well water to wet your whistle . Visit the main office for great maps and local history , very friendly staff.

This place is great for families. Has playgrounds trails and two disc golf courses. A historic farm to teach people about the county's past.

Really enjoyed the horse trails here. Parking is easy to find and back your trailer in. I would not consider this a beginner horse trail. There are multiple rocky creek crossings, some very rocky areas on the trail, some mud pits, steep slippery banks leading into creeks, and wooden bridges. I enjoyed having a bit of a challenge though! I was testing out a new horse and she did everything perfectly but there were definitely some tricky spots. You MUST have shoes or hoof boots on these trails, very rocky in areas. My horse had fronts only and her back feet were a little chipped. So much fun, I will be back for sure!

Large park with lots for the family to do. One of the trails is even paved and perfect for strollers. Nice playground for children. Plenty of area for picnics and playing outside games with friends and family. Pavilion and picnic area have open charcoal grills available for use.

Great park for families with children to visit. The park is historical, has several walking trails and bridal trail that is 4.5 miles long. Must have your own horse. Park is called Cedarock, because most of the tree's are cedar and you will see different size rocks throughout the park. There are two 18 hole disc golf courses. Park each year gets about 130,000 visitors.
