Customer service could've been better. I had already checked online to see if this store had a specific shoe & size that I neede, only for the sales representative to tell me "we been sold out of those" I checked with another one of the sales representatives to look up the nearest store that had them & he walked directly to the back & brought out the shoe & size I needed.
Staff were friendly and helpful with our purchases yesterday. Warned us if particular shoes ran small or true to size, so it made fitting much easier.
This place only has good shoes for kids sizes so if you wear a men size dont go here!!!!!
These people are very helpful and come to help you as soon as you walk thru the door. I would refer anyone there.
I went in today with my brother and bought 3 pair of shoes. The manager was very helpful even with the store packed. He gave me a huge discount on a pair of Jordan's!!! Great customer service! Will definitely be back!!!
