Not a big fan of the food but the staff seemed very friendly, especially Billy. Good sense of humor. I had good company so it was a pleasant visit.
Breakfast food was not as good as usually is . But service was outstanding due a young man named Joumal. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of. He should be given a raise in pay. God bless you young man. Keep up the outstanding service.
This place is bad but the others are worse! Allll of the McDonald’s around here employ the slowest, self entitled, morons to poke around and burn biscuits all day. We ALWAYS have to check time these ppl because they don’t care. Today the big girl was soooooo sllooooooowwwww and blatantly rude and ignored me to my face, who does that???? You chose this job not me. Get your act together!! Every time we come here the machines are beeping constant, that means orders are overtimed. Someone’s waiting and pissed but who cares right.
They did not give me the correct change I gave her a 20.25 she gave me 4.18 back and her drawer came up 10 over and the manager misplaced my receipt she then had to go count the safe for my 4.00 I did not pay attention bc we just had a death I the family but I had to drive 20 miles BK to get my change and I tried to call before I got there but they wouldn't answer the phone. The manager was taking so long the girl took it out of the other drawer and gave me adollar extra then what I was supposed to get and gave me some cookies just pay attention people tis the season
There are several McDonald's closer to us, but my partner and I choose to drive the extra ten minutes to go to this McDonald's. Everyone is always super friendly and customer oriented. It's nice to have good customer service from a fast food chain for a change.
