I've had to reduce my rating. It was good the one time I actually got in... but showing up during posted business hours to find the place closed has taken it off my roster.
Other then that, great place.
Thipp is a very friendly owner and server. I have been here a few times and all their servers have made an effort to make sure their customers are happy. The pho is good, the curry is excellent, and the hibachi is tasty. The spring rolls and dumplings are a must! The food is served typically within fifteen minutes of ordering. Sometimes they are not open during regular hours, she may be closed due to a lack of customers or otherwise. I always call before coming for lunch just to make sure they are open. I highly recommend Thipp's to anyone interested.
The Bahn Mi was the star of this first trip. I can't what to go back and try the Pho and various Currys they have available.

My wife and I were so excited to have pho tonight. But not only did we have a horrible experience the food was horrendous and all the owner could say is ,"you're entitled to your opinion". Well I will let my opinion be known please do not go eat here you will waste your money the food is horrible the Decor is atrocious and the owner has a horrible attitude.
I really love the pho ga here! The people are friendly, and their service is great.

I finally got into this place for lunch today. I really liked it. I had the Chicken Spring-roll, a Chicken Bahn Mi Sandwich and the Pad Thai. The Spring-roll and Bahn Mi were really good. I wasn't feeling the Pad Thai but Pad Thai is radically different every place you go so that is a matter of preference.
They lose a star because of their misleading hours. They say the open from 5pm to 9pm, but they don't. My friend and I have gone at 5:30-5:50 and they aren't open.
