Professional and personable, relatable and attentive, impeccibly dressed and proudly stationed to assist and ensure things are going smoothly, attentive to details but not invasive, protective of the bereaved family and their wishes, tactful and articulate in all of their verbal instructions, remarks, and comments...I have repeatedly observed all of this and more as they have handled services for several family members, most recently my sister-in-law's 22 year old daughter.
