I give this company no stars because of the poor floor installation we received., but I had to select one star so I could post. You would be better off to have a inexperienced person install your wood floor than this company. Of all the home improvements we have done to our house, the wood floors is the only one we wish we never had. The floor squeaks and boards move. We have called them back several, but nothing has been done. Their last visit they told us the sub-floor needs to be replaced but that should have been recommended before they installed the floor.
Major issue to be resolved. Hoping customer service prevails.
