After the floors were installed, Mike went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied with the new flooring. We are in love with our new floors! So we shopped around and decided to go with this company based off the fact this guy was willing to match price and seemed genuine. Should have seen the red flag when they asked for almost a 75% deposit ($1800). We were told it would be a week and we would have our carpet. Over a month later we finally got our carpet and we were told we would be first on the list for install. Our carpet came in on a Friday so Monday I called wanting an install day/time. Meanwhile we had pulled up our carpet and the house is a wreck then we were told it would be another week. Of course I wasn't happy. We then got a call saying it would be the next day (Wednesday). So they came, installed the carpet. The carpet could be tighter and the edges could be way neater. Well come to find out the owner calls my husband today only to tell him he hired some half ass installer just to get the job done. Ummm no! I'm pissed. So they should have used the good installers, made time on their schedule and got it done. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone and I will warn people when/if I know they are flooring shopping. They just want your money and don't care anything about providing quality service.
