So rude! I will NEVER go there ever again!
The lady there messed up my hair so badlyy. Asked her for a simple boy cut and she gave me a bowl cut with missing hair in the back. I had to literally shave my head bald to fix the damage.
My wife went there to have here cut and hair dye black. Kaitlyn Blackwell was the person serving her and she did a horrible job on the color dye. Now my wife has black hair with brown tips and random brown stipes. Everytime I call that place nobody answers. I emailed the corporate office with this concern and they will not contact me back. We paid $73.25 + $3 tip for a total of $76.25. We will never go to another SmartStyle Hair Salon again because this company is a big joke. Now we have to another salon to have this fixed.
O really like my girl nikki she does my hair perfect everytime i really love her there so nice and salon is clean .
