Dropped off my lawnmower due to a leak in the rear transmission. They couldn't find the leak - I can understand, hey it happens. I was disappointed in the over $250 in labor charges that was incurred in them trying to find the leak. I understand to a degree but not for a bill that totals almost $300 (including tax and the transmission fluid). All I can say is that I would have called the customer and made sure they were ok with incurring that type of cost when they realized they could not find the leak. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

These people are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to meet your equipment needs. Because of this they are sometimes very busy...hang in there besides the wait is worth it.
