I love this store. Has alot of house old items along with outdoor equipment!
Store not stocked up on necessary items. Such as meds for livestock and front checkout needed to trained better to be able to locate and charge for items to be picked up. Protein tubs. Asked where to pick up. They said front. Was in back. Will go back to siler City store or Asheboro next time even though it is further commute.
Only gave one star because I had to. Customer service is not what it needs to be.Waited 10 minutes with no one at register. When cashier finally arrives, she addresses another customer waiting off to the side..rudely looks at us and says“What you need?” No apologizing for the wait time or anything. After the purchase was rang up it was set back on the counter.. no bag, no thank you. I normally don’t do google reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed before they lose more customers.
On hold for 15 minutes and had to abandon the call just to find out if there are any live ducks in a bucket 25 feet away from the person on the phone. Seems like an easy answer to get. Apparently not
