Great for gyno and family-related/pediatrician stuff though.
this place will not answer the phone, i have been on hold on 2 different phones as the first caller in the que for 26 minutes and counting!! I would not reccomend going here much less trying to call to make or cancel an appt!
We have had great care from Dr Soles. She is caring, thorough and apologizes when they didn't follow up on a referral. The pharmacy is also awesome, helpful and caring, and they even remember our names by sight.
The LGBTQIA+ friendly atmosphere is nice and Meredith Soles was super helpful, friendly, and professional during my procedure, but they will try to charge you for anything and everything and they never answer the phone. Apparently there's only one person on the phone at a time and they're on breaks when I'm on breaks, so I can't ever get a hold of anyone. They seemed simultaneously over and understaffed the couple of times I went. Lots of people at work, few people actually doing work. Even with insurance, they charge $50-$70 just to go in for a monthly depression "check-in", which was 15 minutes or less and just involved an awkward conversation with my primary care provider, who is a family medicine provider and not a therapist or psychologist/psychiatrist.
