We had our bathroom remodeled over the summer in our college apartment and it looks fantastic! They replaced bathtub, shower light, sheetrock, and flooring. It was a big task and the maintenance/plumbing staff were friendly and efficient
As an out-of-state mom of a college student renting for the first time off-campus, I had many questions and concerns. BC Parker was put to the test when Maintenance had to be called on a Saturday for a small amount of water coming from the utility closet. Kim Gaither of Maintenance is superb! She ensured prompt service and resolution of the problem, and was very pleasant and patient with me.
moved out 50 days ago. left the property in better condition then when we moved in. throughout our lease bc parker was very unacommadating, there were animals nesting in roof area and bc parker sent someone out to tape up the hole. neve came out and reavaluated the problem. we felt that bc parker only wanted our money and did not want to keep us happy. never again will we rent with bc parker. they will wait to the last minute for everything if you dont stay on top of them. still havent gotten our deposit back.
