Mr. Massey did not tell my Mother he was a dual agent for the seller and buyer. She stated she did not want to pay seller costs and he pressured her into signing a contract that he DID NOT go over with her. She was not advised on the terms and was misrepresented in the sale of her condo. She was not served well as the seller. He represented the buyer without advising my Mother that he was also a buyers agent. When she said she needed time to review the contract he said the seller was going to put a contract on another home and she needed to sign. As someone who has been in the industry 15+ years this is bad service. If someone tells you specifically what they do not want, you advise them on the contract. You do not pressure them I to signing so they don't lose the sale. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not use as a dual agent. He will not look out for your best interest.
David Massey and Massey real estate are by far the best, we called before we even were ready to list and asked what we should do to get our house ready to sell. David came out for free and walked through the house with us. He told us everything we could do to make get the house market ready without any expectation of being the listing agent. When we were ready to sell we called him again and he came right out, we asked him to sell our house for us and he went above and beyond. Our house wasn't even on the market a day and a half before we had an offer and We closed within 30 days. David was there every step of the way. Checking in on us and keeping us informed on what was going on with the contracts and inspections. I would recommend Massey real estate to anyone ever planning to buy or sell a house. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
