Great experience with this branch in Burlington. I needed one tire for a new motorhome. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and they were ready for me when I arrived. I do not remember the names of the employees i dealt with (except for Des) but everyone was extremely helpful. I was attempting to fix an issue with the motorhome drifting to the left and wanted to put two new tires on the front (spare plus one new one). They worked with me to solve this problem - first mounting the tire on the front and also checking the pressure on the back wheels (not easy with a dually) and eventually swapping out a rear tire with one on the front. I really appreciate the courteous service and the 'extra mile' attitude of all the staff.
Wow. Just wow. I went in for a free tire repair. Turned out my wheel was cracked. They didn't have a matching wheel available and I didn't want a mismatch, so they GAVE ME a used one that works (doesn't match looks but works!) so that I wouldn't drive around with a cracked wheel. They said "we just want to make sure you're safe" and I think they meant it. Just amazed at that level of service for a free repair. I'll be back soon with a matching wheel and happily give these folks some money.

Excellent service, friendly people, very fast and very competent technicians. Best of all, you can see them working on your car through a large glass window in the waiting area and the technician that is working on your car comes out to let you know what he did to your car and discuss anything he sees that might need future work. I had my two front tires replaced there...in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am taking my other car there next month.
This is my first experience with this company in general. I had googled new tires in my area and did some price checking. Their website was very user friendly so I set the appointment for two days later. When I showed up the site apparently had my tire size wrong. The tire I needed was a bit more expensive but the manager on duty insisted in matching the quoted price for me AND upgrading my tire at that since they didn't have the same one in stock. I've had great conversation with the manager from start to finish. He's a super nice guy and just wants to make everyone happy. I was also super impressed with the knowledge he had of the man that originally started the company. He told me about a book the man wrote and was so enthusiastic about it. That's dedication at its finest folks. This man loves his job and loves people. I won't be going to any other tire company. Ever. I'll make sure all my personal and work vehicles come here from now on. I've never had a better experience.
