I took my 2013 Honda to Richard and his staff. My problem was a little complicated. They followed it through until it was fixed. Great service, quality work, honest and reliable. I can not speak more highly of Richard Bailey automotive. They are excellent!!
After my (College Student) daughter got a outrageous brake repair estimate from one of the bigger Brake and Tire Shops in the Elon area, I asked her to try someone smaller and see how their estimates matched up. I was very pleased that Baileys estimate was more in line with what I thought was needed. The big brake shop wanted to included items like, new calipers, hoses and system flushing that I never thought would be necessary to change for only a 6 year old car. I sensed they were trying to take advantage of a young college kid.
I've been coming here for 15 years. Highly recommended for Honda and Acura repairs.
