Never a problem.
Just called this shop and spoke with Sammy and he sat there on the phone with me for 7 minutes providing me with a lot of useful information about whether or not I needed to bring in my car (if he could help me--I have a check engine light on). If they are this honest and great on service over the phone I will have my new auto repair shop found! I will write another review if the shop doesn't live up to the high expectations that I already have.
