Usually always excellent. During my last visit I walked out without eating. Hostess was unable to multitask. Was not taking names and made customers wait in an unorganized fashion. There were several people waiting that were rather mad. I asked if I could give my name and hostess brushed me off...very unprofessional. Very unusual.
The gift shop was a great way to spend the time waiting for our table. We found a few reasonably priced items and a great price on a handbag!! Lots if I interesting things, most were over priced tho. It made our wait time go faster, especially with a 3 year old. The food was fabulous! Great value too. Our server was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this to All! Come check it out!! Easy on and off I85.
Absolutely terrible and unforgivable service. Just a few words would have made this a complete non issue.
This place shows that racism still exists. Walked in for breakfast the only Africans American in the building and the waitress took me to a table. There was about four different tables of people who had already eaten. I sat there for 15 mins and no one came to my table to offer me a drink or to take my order. The young lady walked past me multiple times finding other things to do just so that I couldn’t ask her for help. Which was very rude. I got up and went to the front counter where the manager was and I explained to her what happened and that I was going to go somewhere else to eat breakfast. I have never been treated that way at any restaurant in my life. Will never go back.
Was a great place to meet with out of town family. Six different plates, all delicious. Very good service with good food and prices.
I've been here many times before and I do enjoy this restaurant. I understand you get very busy. But if someone calls to make a pick up order and you answer the phone but don't say anything and leave me on the line for two minutes then hang up on me without saying anything. If they just quickly said were really busy right now can you call back in a few minutes that would have been fine and I would have had no issues. Then I call again and am immediately hung up on despite having called two times earlier and was kept on for at least a minute.
