The 2 stars I'm leaving are strictly for the fact that I didn't have to make dinner tonight. This place has decent food made less appealing by the appalling service that comes with it. One staff member, iconically known for her horrendous customer service on the phone and in person, made my visit more intriguing by her foul attitude when I requested to pay my bill. I disturbed her from playing on her phone by trying to give her my money- how dare I?!?! Save your time & don't trouble her by spending your money at this establishment.
Gave it another try ... Just terrible, dirty fork, overcooked steak, uncleaned popcorn shrimp. terrible ginger dressing on salad. Just too many other great places to eat in the area that are good. Sorry, don't waste your hard earned dollars.

The food here is good but the service is lacking. The last 4 times I've tried to call in for takeout no one will answer the phone and whenever you go in to sit down there's hardly any servers. So my gripe isn't with the food it's with the lack of service and poor service when you get it.
I love this place for quick cheap Japanese food. It's not a high end place so don't expect high end food. The service can be slow but take out is my jam.
The food is great for the price. People complain about staff but I think they misunderstand the staff. They have always been nice to me. Boxes are always full of food and good food at that. Sometimes they are a little slow. That's my only complaint.
