I cannot say enough about the awesomeness of the parts department here. Today, I lost my keys, the gentleman in the parts department immediately assured me they would make a key and deliver it to where I was stranded. In 35 minutes I was starting my car!! Nicest guy in the world delivered it , and the cost??? Let's just say unbelievably low. I couldn't believe their efficiency and kindness! Great people here! The next time I buy a car you can believe I will drive the 40 miles to Cox Toyota first!! Thanks guys!!!!
We had a great car buying experience at Cox Toyota. They went out of their way to find us the exact SUV that we wanted. Aubrey helped us through every step in explaining all of the features for the vehicle. We also had two cars serviced while we were purchasing and Bread in the Service Department was helpful and professional. We plan on purchasing our next vehicle at Cox.
The folks here are pretty friendly, and so far no one has done any shoddy work or left any tools in the engine compartment or other areas of my vehicle. So far the only thing they've needed to do was the standard maintenances that Toyota covers for free during the first 25000 miles. I'll update this if / when I find myself needing more serious repairs. My car being a brand new Toyota vehicle however, the odds of that are pretty slim.
