I brought my car there to have my ambient air sensor replaced. After the initial visit to confirm what needed to be done they ordered the part. Needless to say when I came in the next day they told me they ordered the wrong part. When I finally came in the following day to pick up my finished vehicle. After talking to the service manager (John Brinson) he apologized for any inconvenience and warrantied the work even though I was just out of warranty (1100 miles). So in closing I was very pleased with my experience and do believe they care about customer satisfaction.
Honestly this was the best car buying experience I've had so far. Keith Hutchins was fantastic! He was very relaxed (no pressure to buy) and answered all my questions, from trade values to car performance. I had a Great experience with financing as well, it was fast and I got a better rate than my credit union offered. Thanks guys!
Just a great experience at Flow for service, as always. I made an appointment for a Friday for new tires before I was taking a weekend trip (~400 miles driving), and when I got there was informed that I should've been asked ahead for a decision about which tires I wanted, as they weren't in stock for the deal I was using. During an inspection, Jim the service manager found a bubble on the sidewall of one tire and said I shouldn't drive - it wouldn't be safe. I told him I was taking the car out of town that afternoon for a weekend trip of ~400 miles, and he offered me a loaner for that time and said they would get the new tires in on Monday and have the car ready for me on Tuesday - and they did. Incredible service, with a focus on the customer's needs.
So far. I have nothing but great experiences here. I'm almost catered to as I wait for my car to be serviced. And it isn't a fake catering either. The people really did want to help and keep me comfortable. I'll continue to deal with them for sure.
