I Purchased a car, and was unaware of the mechanical problem until I drove off the lot. I immediately made contact with the dealer.
This Dealer has now Refused to follow through with the promise made. Bad business and untrustworthy.
P. S. I still don't have my title. Her son is a great guy. But the mom.... She should work on her customer service, she's bringing the business down.
Honestly I thought it was a great place until having to deal with the lady over the phone. Perfect place to buy a car if you don't plan on getting a title or being told the truth... Never once did she mention she didn't have the title and to make it worse, she did a bad attempt at acting like she thought it was there. I called and asked her a simple question that the dmv told me to ask and I was hung up on. It took almost a week before someone else reached out to me... How many different dates will I get on the title arrival? Why did you not want to talk about it? Why did I find out you didn't have the title til after the purchase?
Dealer promised to Refund the purchase price of the car with valid documentation showing the transmission issue. Nissan dealership did diagnostic test and provided documentation that the transmission MUST be replaced.
